Primary Responsibilities:
- Proficiently utilize our scheduling software
- Familiarize yourself with services related to third-party systems
- Make follow-up calls for invoice inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage call scheduling
- Handle accounts receivable tasks
- Perform general office administration duties
- Prioritize customer service excellence in all interactions
- Utilize computer skills, including Google products and Office Suite
- Create service reports from Onedrive
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior experience in scheduling or billing-related tasks preferred
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Google products and Office Suite
- High school diploma or GED
- Quickbooks experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organization and time management skills

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
